Right now, C-SPAN is playing a Ninth Circuit en banc oral argument, from Tuesday. Per C-SPAN's program description, the case is about "whether the state of Washington can ban felons and ex-felons from voting. This was the second time the Court is hearing the case. Earlier in the year, a Ninth Circuit three-judge panel overturned Washington’s felon disenfranchisement law because it disproportionately affects minorities."
