Attorney Michelle Olsen is a columnist for the National Law Journal, reporting on federal appellate circuit splits that may lead to U.S. Supreme Court review. Previously, she worked in the Supreme Court and appellate group at Jones Day in Washington, D.C., tracking and analyzing Supreme Court cases for practice leaders and assisting with appellate briefs as a staff attorney.
