Attorney Michelle Olsen is a columnist for the U.S. Supreme Court section of the National Law Journal. Her writing has also appeared at Above the Law and been featured by SCOTUSblog, How Appealing, University of Chicago Law News, and Reason, among other outlets. She has provided on-air commentary for HuffPost Live.
Ms. Olsen previously worked for Jones Day, in its Supreme Court and appellate group, and the federal government, both in Washington, D.C.
