Interesting interview, linked here, with Jan Crawford and Virginia Attorney General, Ken Cuccinelli, who has been in the spotlight this week on health care (Virginia survived a motion to dismiss in connection with its challenge to the new health care law) and immigration (issued AG opinion allowing law enforcement to inquire about immigration status during an otherwise lawful stop).

Virginia's Health Care Suit Can Go Forward

The New York Times is reporting that a judge has allowed Virginia's lawsuit against the federal health care law to go forward (one of twenty-one similar suits).  The health care issue is certain to reach the circuit courts and, very likely, the Supreme Court.
