Today, the U.S. Supreme Court granted certiorari in Taniguchi v. Kan Pacific Saipan, Ltd. (10-1472), spotlighted earlier this year in my Circuit Split Watch column. The case deals with costs awarded for "interpreters" and whether written and spoken translation work is covered.
