The Council of Appellate Lawyers, a subset of the ABA's Appellate Judges Conference, will be holding a National Appellate Practice Institute at Northwestern University Law School from May 20-22, 2011. The lineup includes federal and state appellate judges, as well as gold-standard appellate lawyers such as Carter Phillips, Pattie Millett, David Frederick, and Miguel Estrada. Participants will receive individual feedback on appellate briefing and oral argument, from prominent faculty.
